How To Shop

Step 1: Select an item that you would like to purchase then click “add to cart” button.

Step 2: Choose “continue shopping” if you wish to proceed with your online shopping. 

Step 3: When you are done shopping, click the “shopping cart” button at the top right corner of the page, then click “checkout

Step 4: Register/Log-in. Provide your COMPLETE name, address and contact number. 

Important: In contact details, pls choose "STATE" in the dropdown option. Choose whether it is Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao. This will provide the correct computation of shipping fee. 

Step 5: then choose your shipping method.

Step 6: Tick the “I agree to the terms of service and will adhere to them unconditionally”

Step 7: Choose your payment method

Step 8: On the next page, click “place my order” 

Order Confirmation will then show containing the shop’s payment details and the instructions on how to inform the seller once payment has been made. Please copy these details for settlement. 

NOTE: Items will only be reserved to you once you have received an order reference and payment details have been shown on the last page. This will also be sent to your email. Please check your email inbox folder or spam folder. 

Please settle payment within 3 business days after you have receive your order confirmation otherwise we will cancel your order.

Mode of Payment

We accept the following modes of payment: 

Bank deposit or bank transfer: BDO or BPI

Money Remittance: GCash, Paymaya or Palawan Express Padala.

Paypal: Paypal transfer or all major credit cards accepted (Philippine issued credit cards only). No additional charges. 

COD via Pick-up: Pick-up via Grab Pabili or Lalamove purchase service. Please pin "Tots and Toddlers" to check location. 

COD via Courier: Requires an additional COD fee of P60. This is ON TOP of the shipping fee. Payment will be collected upon delivery of goods via our partner courier Cliqnship.

Note: Payment details will only be shown once you have chosen your payment option upon checkout. 


Via Courier:

Free shipping for minimum purchase of P2,500

We ship via Cliqnship within Metro Manila and J&T Express for provincial deliveries. 

Orders will only be shipped after we have received your payment.  

Please make sure you leave your complete shipping address to avoid returns and delays. For returns due to incomplete/incorrect address, additional shipping fee should apply.

Shipping Schedule: Metro Manila: Mondays to Fridays. Province: MWF. We do not ship during Sundays and holidays.

No rush orders please. 

We combine shipping and rates are computed upon checkout.  

Courier and tracking information will be sent via email.  

Please wait for 24-48 hours for your tracking nos. to reflect on the courier’s website.  

Via Pick-up:

Please pin "Tots and toddlers" to check location. You may pick-up personally or via Grab/Lalamove. Booking shall be made and shouldered by buyer. We'll send our complete pick-up details once scheduled. Kindly text/viber us at 0927-8287976.

COD via Courier

Requires a P60 cod fee on top of the shipping fee. Total amount to be paid will be collected by the courier upon delivery of the items. Please leave a valid mobile number so the courier can contact you for the schedule of delivery.

All items are brand new, on-hand and ready to be shipped.   

All prices stated are final and tax inclusive. 


We greatly appreciate if you can inform us right away if you wish to cancel your order or if you need us to extend your reservation period.

Note: Tots N Toddlers have the right to cancel orders not settled within 3 working days

Once order is cancelled, you may re-order again but the item is subject for availability. 

Status of Orders:

We will send you an email for the status of your orders, kindly also check your mailbox's spam folder.  If you haven’t received any of our emails, you may check the status under “Order Status” on the top most area of the homepage. 

Returns & Refunds:

We follow no return no exchange policy. 

We strive hard to check each item before shipping.  But in the event that there is still damage, kindly let us know within 2 days after the order is received.


Resellers are welcome and we process dropshipping.  If you wish to be a reseller, kindly email us the following at and wait for our response.
